Danny Moore is President and Founder of DeNOVO Solutions, Mr. Moore has over 34 years of operational and business experience in Defense, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance arenas.
Mr. Moore is a 24-year Navy Veteran who retired after completing his final tour as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Aerospace Data Facility, Aurora Colorado. After retirement, he continued to support the Intelligence community as a contractor performing Program Management, Business Development and System Engineering functions while employed with a large defense company.
Sarah Buck, Chief Operating Officer of DeNOVO Solutions, has 25 years of experience supporting multiple Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.
She partners with President Danny Moore to drive strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence. Sarah leads data-driven initiatives that enhance program execution, workforce development, and financial performance.
She ensures alignment between executive leadership and operational teams, optimizing efficiency, resource allocation, and profitability. Her expertise spans federal contracting, cost management, and process optimization. She strengthens organizational capabilities by implementing scalable solutions that support long-term success.
Mr. Bradley McGhee, Business Development Lead – Intelligence Portfolios for DeNOVO Solutions, has over 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Government agencies.
Mr. McGhee specializes in customer engagement, requirements gathering, process improvement, and delivering innovative systems to meet mission-critical needs. His expertise includes project management, service delivery, and driving business growth in high-stakes environments.
